"Oshiete! Emily-Sensei!"

For lunch we went to a hamburg steak restaurant called Sawayaka that is only in Shizuoka prefecture. The meat comes out on a hot skillet because the inside is raw beef! Kind of a shock at first, but then you can cook it however done you prefer.
